Meet Carter
Meet ana
Carter handles the videography side of our business and has been an incredible partner in both life and work. When we first started dating, he would come along to weddings as my assistant—just helping out wherever he could. But Carter has always had a love for technology, especially drones, and he saw an opportunity to get more involved.
He bought his first drone, started filming aerial shots during weddings, and quickly discovered a true passion for videography. Since then, he’s dedicated himself to learning and mastering the craft—bringing a cinematic eye and creative perspective that beautifully complements the photography side of what we do.
Outside of weddings, Carter is also a licensed CPA, balancing spreadsheets by day and filming love stories on weekends. He’s not only a talented videographer, but also the most supportive husband, always encouraging me and helping our business grow together.
Ana has always been passionate about two things—art and entrepreneurship. From a young age, she was the creative kid constantly painting, drawing, or coming up with new business ideas. Inspired by books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cashflow by Robert Kiyosaki, she developed a strong desire to build something of her own.
That entrepreneurial spirit led her to start a photo booth business, and it was through that journey that she discovered her love for photography. As she began helping capture moments at events, people started asking her to photograph their weddings and special celebrations. She quickly fell in love with the art of storytelling through imagery—especially when it comes to love and connecction.
Driven by her passion, Ana earned her certificate in photography and continues to refine her skills to deliver the best possible experience for her couples. She is currently studying marketing to further expand her knowledge and grow the business. For Ana, capturing love is not just a job—it’s a true honor and something she pours her heart into every single time.
We met about three years ago at a high school church camp—Carter was there as a leader, and I had come along to take photos. Though we had never met before, something just clicked. After that week, we both began volunteering regularly at our church’s youth group.
A year and a half later, we were married. Today, we still serve together at the youth group where it all began. It’s become such an important part of our lives, and we’re so grateful that something as special as our love story came out of it.
Together with my husband Carter, we combined our creativity and skills to build Treadway & Co.—a business where we not only offer photography and videography, but also provide meaningful extras like photo booths, video booths, and oil wedding painting to help create an unforgettable experience. Our goal is to help couples feel fully present on their big day, while we take care of capturing all the beautiful memories.
